Hours, pay and timesheets for iPhone
Timesheets you can send.
14 days free, then $24.99 once. No surprises.
Tallyhours is for people who have to prove their hours: family caregivers sending timesheets with a care-insurance claim, nannies and household staff, cleaners with several clients, and anyone who works a split shift.
Log two or three stretches of work in one day, keep each job or client with its own rate, see hours and overtime for the pay period, and send a PDF timesheet with lines for both signatures. No account. Works offline.

Made for people who have to show their hours
Family caregivers
A clean, signed timesheet to send with a long-term-care insurance or program claim. Check what your insurer asks for; Tallyhours gives you the hours, neatly.
Nannies and household staff
Weekly overtime, a period your family pays on, and a timesheet you both sign.
Cleaners and gig work
One job per client, each with its own rate, pay period and timesheet. Mileage and expenses on their own lines.
Split shifts
8 to 10, then 12 to 4:45. Several stretches in one day, with the gap left unpaid, the way it really happened.
What you get
Start and stop in one tap
The timer runs in the background and shows on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island as a Live Activity, with a Stop button. Or type the times by hand.
Several stretches a day
Add a second or third segment to any day. Breaks are deducted automatically or entered by hand.
Every job, its own rules
Name, client, hourly rate, overtime rate, pay period, overtime rules and a color for each job.
Your real pay period
Weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly or monthly, starting on the day your employer uses.
Overtime the way you set it
Weekly over 40, daily over 8 and over 12 with double time, or none. Rates and thresholds are yours to change.
A PDF timesheet to sign
Each day with its segments, breaks, hours and overtime, period totals, notes and two signature lines. Hide the pay column if you only want to show hours.
Sick days, tips and mileage
Sick, vacation and holiday hours are shown separately. Tips, mileage and expenses stay on their own lines.
Widgets
Start or stop the timer from the Home Screen, see the period's hours, overtime and pay, and the running shift on the Lock Screen.
iPhone and iPad
Works in every orientation, on large screens with two columns, and side by side in Split View.
Your data, in and out
CSV export for Excel or Numbers, CSV import from other apps, a backup file in Files, and sync through your own iCloud.
Plain promises
No surprise on day 14
The first screen tells you the trial length and both prices before you start. Days left are shown in Settings and on the Pro screen.
Your hours are never held hostage
When the trial ends, you can still open every entry, send PDF timesheets, export CSV and back up. Only new entries need Pro.
No pop-ups while you log
No rating requests while you enter time, no ads, no account, no tracking.
An estimate, not payroll. Pay figures are calculated from the rates you enter. Tallyhours does not calculate taxes or withholdings and is not a payroll service. Overtime rules are settings you choose, not legal advice; check the rules that apply to your job.
