Terms of use
Dueboard is published by Alkor Labs, the trading name of Individual Entrepreneur Aliaksei Karatynski, registered in Georgia ("we", "us"). These terms are short on purpose.
1. Your license
You get Dueboard, and Pro if you buy it, from Apple's App Store. Your use of the app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA). The points below add to it; they don't take away any right the standard EULA or your local law gives you. If something here conflicts with the standard EULA, the standard EULA wins, unless this page gives you more.
2. Dueboard is a reminder tool
Dueboard helps you remember bills. It does not connect to your bank, does not pay bills, and does not know whether a payment went through. Due dates, amounts and "paid" marks are what you enter. Reminders are delivered by iOS and can be delayed or silenced by your device settings, Focus modes, a dead battery or a change of time zone. You remain responsible for paying your bills on time and for checking amounts and due dates with your billers.
Nothing in the app is financial, legal or tax advice.
3. Free and Pro
- The app is free to download and use for up to 5 bills, with no time limit.
- Pro is a one-time in-app purchase ($6.99 in the US; the App Store shows your local price) that removes the bill limit and adds CSV import and export and PDF reports. Apple processes the payment and any refund under its own policies.
- Pro is linked to your Apple Account and can be restored on your devices. It isn't a subscription, and we won't turn it into one: if we ever add paid extras, the Pro features you bought stay yours.
- We may change or improve features over time. Backing up and syncing your own data will always be free, and we won't add ads.
4. Your data is yours
Everything you enter stays on your device and, if you turn on sync, in your own iCloud. We never receive it. Keep a backup of data that matters to you; the app offers a free backup to Files. See the privacy policy for details.
5. Payment links
Payment links you save open the biller's website in Safari. Those websites are run by others; we don't control them and aren't responsible for them or for payments you make there.
6. No warranty
We work hard to make the app reliable, but it is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for late fees, penalties, interest, missed payments, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
8. Changes
If we change these terms, we'll publish the new version on this page with a new effective date. Changes don't apply retroactively to purchases you've already made.
