Privacy policy

Effective 10 October 2026 · Applies to the Dueboard app for iPhone and iPad and to its pages at alkorlabs.com/dueboard

The short version

  • We collect no data. On the App Store, Dueboard is labelled "Data Not Collected".
  • Your bills, payments and settings are stored on your device. While iCloud sync is on (the default; you can turn it off in Settings), they are also stored in your own private iCloud, which only your Apple Account can read.
  • No analytics, no telemetry, no crash reporting, no ads, no tracking, no third-party SDKs, no accounts.
  • Purchases are processed by Apple. We never see your name, card or Apple Account.

Dueboard is published by Alkor Labs, the trading name of Individual Entrepreneur Aliaksei Karatynski, registered in Georgia ("we", "us"). This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the app and this website. Questions are welcome at support@alkorlabs.com.

What the app stores on your device

Everything you enter stays in the app's private storage on your device:

The Home Screen widgets read the same data from a container shared between the app and its widgets on your device. Nothing is sent anywhere to draw them.

Dueboard never connects to your bank and never asks for bank or card credentials. We recommend not putting full card numbers or passwords in notes.

iCloud sync (on by default, can be turned off)

While iCloud sync is on in the app's settings (it is on by default), your data is also stored in the private database of your iCloud account, using Apple's CloudKit, so it appears on your other devices and survives a new phone. That database belongs to your Apple Account: we, as the developer, cannot read it, and it is not shared with anyone. Apple stores it under the Apple Privacy Policy. Turn sync off at any time; to remove the synced copy, use the Settings app → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Storage.

Notifications

Reminders are local notifications scheduled by the app on your device. They are not sent through our servers or any push service, and we don't know when or whether you receive them. You can turn them off in the Settings app → Notifications → Dueboard.

What goes over the network

The app contains no analytics, telemetry, crash reporting, advertising or tracking code, and no account system. It does not contact our servers at all. The only network traffic is:

Purchases

Pro is sold through the App Store. Apple handles payment, taxes, receipts and refunds. We don't receive your name, e-mail address or payment details. Apple gives us aggregated sales reports — for example, how many copies were bought in which country — which we use to run the business.

Files you import or export

CSV imports, CSV and PDF exports and backup files are created and read on your device. Where they go next — Files, AirDrop, e-mail — is up to you, and is handled by the app or service you choose.

If you e-mail us

When you write to support@alkorlabs.com, Amazon Web Services receives the message, keeps a copy for 30 days and forwards it to our mailbox (Google Gmail). We use your address and what you write only to answer you, and keep the conversation only as long as we need it for that. The app never attaches data to an e-mail by itself; if you send us a backup or screenshot, that is your choice.

This website

The site at alkorlabs.com/dueboard sets no cookies, runs no analytics, ads or third-party scripts, and loads nothing from other websites. It is served by Amazon Web Services (Amazon CloudFront), which handles your IP address to deliver the pages. We don't keep access logs.

Deleting your data

Children

Dueboard is a general-audience app and is not directed at children. It does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Your rights

Because your data stays on your device and in your own iCloud, you already hold all of it. The only personal information we may have is a support e-mail. You can ask us to see, correct or delete it, and you may complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the effective date above. If a change affects how the app handles your data, we'll say so in the app's release notes before it takes effect.
