A real person reads every message.
The app sends us no logs or diagnostics, so please include your device model, iOS version (Settings → General → About), the app version (in the app's Settings), what you did and what happened. A screenshot helps. Please don't send account numbers or other private details we don't need.

How do I restore my Pro purchase?
Pro is a one-time purchase tied to your Apple Account, so you never pay for it twice.
- Make sure you're signed in to the App Store with the Apple Account you bought Pro with.
- In Dueboard, open Settings → Restore Purchases (the same button is on the Pro screen).
- Pro unlocks within a few seconds. You need an internet connection for this step only.
If it still doesn't unlock, check that Screen Time isn't blocking in-app purchases (Settings → Screen Time → Content & Privacy Restrictions), then write to us.
How do I move my bills to a new iPhone?
Option 1: iCloud sync
- On your old iPhone, open Dueboard → Settings and check that Sync with iCloud is on (it is by default). Keep the app open on Wi-Fi for a minute so everything uploads.
- On the new iPhone, sign in with the same Apple Account, install Dueboard and leave Sync with iCloud on in its Settings.
- Your bills and payment history appear within a few minutes.
If nothing appears, check the Settings app → [your name] → iCloud and make sure iCloud is on for Dueboard and you have free iCloud storage.
Option 2: backup file
- On your old iPhone, open Dueboard → Settings → Backup & restore → Create backup and save the file to iCloud Drive, or AirDrop it to the new phone.
- On the new iPhone, open Dueboard → Settings → Backup & restore → Restore from backup… and pick the file.
Backups and iCloud sync are free — keeping your data is never a paid feature. If a restore brings in more than 5 bills without Pro, all of them stay visible and editable; you just can't add new ones until you upgrade.
My reminders aren't arriving
- Allow notifications: the Settings app → Notifications → Dueboard → Allow Notifications on, with Lock Screen, Notification Center and Banners enabled.
- Check Focus: a Focus such as Sleep or Work can silence reminders. Add Dueboard to the allowed apps, or set Dueboard's notifications to Time Sensitive in Settings → Notifications → Dueboard.
- Check the reminder settings: in Dueboard's Settings, check the reminder days (for example 3 days before, 1 day before, on the day) and the time of day.
- Open the app now and then. Reminders are scheduled on your device, and iOS limits how many an app can schedule ahead. Dueboard tops up the schedule every time you open it and periodically in the background; if you haven't opened it for months, open it once.
- Paid bills stay quiet on purpose. When you mark a bill paid, the remaining reminders for that due date are cancelled. Autopay bills remind you to check the charge, not to pay.
The "Paid" and "Remind me tomorrow" buttons appear when you press and hold (or swipe down on) the notification.
How do I add a widget?
Touch and hold an empty area of your Home Screen, tap Edit → Add Widget, search for Dueboard, and choose the small widget (next bill) or the medium widget (next three bills and the 7-day total). Tap the check mark next to a bill on a Home Screen widget to mark it paid without opening the app (bills with a set amount; for a bill whose amount varies, open it in the app and enter what you paid). For the Lock Screen, touch and hold the Lock Screen, tap Customize → Lock Screen, tap the widget area and choose Dueboard. Widgets refresh on their own; opening the app updates them immediately.
What CSV format can I import?
CSV import is part of Pro. Any spreadsheet or app that exports CSV works: Dueboard reads the header row, matches the columns it recognises, and shows a preview where you can change the matching before anything is saved. Imported bills are added to your existing ones — nothing is overwritten.
| Column | Required | Accepted values |
|---|---|---|
| Name | Yes | Any text, e.g. Electric |
| Due date | Yes | 10/15/2026, 10/15/26 or 2026-10-15 |
| Amount | No | 85, 1,200.50 or $1,200.50; empty means the amount varies |
| Repeat | No | once, weekly, every 2 weeks, twice a month, monthly, every 30 days (any number), every 2 months, quarterly, every 6 months, yearly; empty means monthly |
| Ends | No | A date like 12/31/2027, or after 12 for a number of payments; empty means it never ends |
| Category | No | Any text, e.g. Utilities |
| Notes | No | Any text |
| Account number | No | Any text |
| Payment link | No | A web address starting with https:// |
| Autopay | No | yes / no |
Example:
Name,Amount,Due date,Repeat,Category,Autopay
Rent,1450.00,11/01/2026,monthly,Housing,no
Electric,,10/15/2026,monthly,Utilities,no
Car insurance,$612.00,01/14/2027,every 6 months,Insurance,yes
Save the file as UTF-8 CSV with commas. Fields that contain commas must be in double quotes. Rows the app can't read are listed in the preview so you can fix or skip them.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are too. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We don't have access to your payment and can't issue refunds ourselves.
Dueboard reminds you — you remain responsible for your payments
Dueboard is a reminder tool. It does not connect to your bank, does not pay bills, and does not know whether a payment actually went through. Amounts and due dates are the ones you enter. Always check your statements and your biller's due dates; you remain responsible for paying your bills on time.
