Your use of the app is covered by Apple’s standard license agreement.
The app does not process payments; it prepares your quotes and invoices. Your agreements and payments are between you and your customers.
Pro is a one-time purchase handled by Apple. There is no subscription.

License

CakeTally is provided by Alkor Labs, the trading name of Individual Entrepreneur Aliaksei Karatynski, registered in Georgia, and licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA). These terms add a few points specific to CakeTally. If anything here conflicts with the standard EULA, the standard EULA applies.

What the app does

CakeTally helps you keep orders, work out what a cake costs, and prepare quote and invoice documents. It does not take, hold, send or process money, and it does not connect to any payment service. Quotes and invoices are documents you send yourself; the prices, deposits, terms and payment instructions on them are yours.

Your prices and your business

Costs, servings, prices and profits are calculations from the numbers you enter (recipes, ingredient prices, hours, rates, serving charts). Check them before you quote; you decide your prices.
Serving counts come from a standard chart that you can edit. Actual servings depend on how a cake is cut.
Check every quote and invoice before you send it.
You are responsible for running your bakery lawfully, including any cottage food, food safety, labeling, licensing and tax rules where you live. The app gives no legal or tax advice.

Your data

You are responsible for the information you enter, including your customers’ details, and for the files you share. The app is designed not to lose your data, but no software is perfect: keep a backup (Settings → Backup). How data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

Purchases

CakeTally Pro is a one-time purchase of $12.99 (US price; other countries vary) that unlocks Pro features for the Apple Account that bought it. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
Without Pro the app keeps working: unlimited quotes, up to 5 recipes and 3 active orders, and backups.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Changes to the app

We may update the app to fix problems or improve it. We will not take away a feature you paid for with Pro without offering a fair replacement.
